ITINERARY DETAILS
DAY 1
Arrival in Tirana
Arrive in Albania and transfer privately from Tirana International Airport to your hotel in the capital. No touring is scheduled today, leaving the rest of the day free to settle in after your journey.
If you would like to head out, take a first walk through central Tirana, stop for coffee near Skanderbeg Square, or ask your Travelive planner for a dinner recommendation in Blloku.
DAY 2
Tirana & Local Flavors
Discover Tirana with your private guide, beginning around Skanderbeg Square and the Et'hem Bey Mosque. Continue through the city to see architecture and landmarks that reflect Albania's Ottoman past, communist period, and rapid transformation since the 1990s.
Explore Blloku, once reserved for the country's communist leadership and now one of Tirana's liveliest neighborhoods. A visit to Bunk'Art introduces another side of Albania's recent history through a former underground bunker transformed into a museum.
Later, leave the city center for Marchesi Restaurant, set among the hills outside Tirana, where the day concludes with Albanian flavors and views across the surrounding countryside.
DAY 3
Tirana to Vlorë
Leave Tirana after breakfast and travel south toward Albania's coast.
On arrival in Vlorë, begin exploring the city with a walk along the Lungomare promenade. Continue to Independence Square and the Independence Monument to learn about the city's central role in Albania's declaration of independence in 1912.
Check into your hotel for three nights and spend the remainder of the afternoon enjoying the waterfront, beach, or hotel at your own pace.
DAY 4
Llogara Pass & Dhërmi
Follow the coastal road south from Vlorë toward Llogara Pass, where the mountains rise above the Ionian Sea and panoramic viewpoints open across the Albanian Riviera.
Continue through the pass toward Dhërmi, known for its clear water, long beaches, and dramatic mountain backdrop. Spend time swimming, relaxing by the sea, or enjoying lunch along the coast before returning to Vlorë.
The day combines one of Albania's most scenic drives with plenty of time to enjoy the Riviera rather than simply passing through it.
DAY 5
Vlorë at Leisure
Today is yours to enjoy the Albanian coast at your own pace.
Relax by your hotel's pool, spend the day at the beach, explore more of Vlorë's waterfront, or ask your Travelive planner about additional coastal experiences that can be arranged according to your interests.
DAY 6
From Albania to Greece
Depart Vlorë and transfer privately to Tirana International Airport for your flight to Athens.
On arrival in Greece, meet your driver and continue to your hotel in the city center. No formal sightseeing is planned after the journey. Settle in, enjoy dinner nearby, or take an evening walk through Plaka and see the Acropolis illuminated above the city.
DAY 7
The Acropolis & Ancient Storytelling
Meet your licensed private guide and head toward the Acropolis, entering through the monumental Propylaea before exploring the Parthenon, Erechtheion, and Temple of Athena Nike.
As you walk through one of the world's most important archaeological sites, your guide will introduce the people, politics, beliefs, and achievements of Athens during its Golden Age.
Continue through the historic center for a different introduction to the ancient city. Professional storytellers bring Greek mythology to life along the streets of Athens, accompanied by music, traditional songs, and local tastings that connect ancient stories with modern Greek culture.
DAY 8
Athens to Naxos
Transfer privately from your Athens hotel to the airport for your flight to Naxos.
The largest of the Cyclades, Naxos is known for long sandy beaches, fertile inland valleys, mountain villages, and layers of ancient, Venetian, and Cycladic history.
Meet your driver on arrival and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free to enjoy the pool, head to the beach, or begin exploring Naxos Town at your own pace.
DAY 9
Naxos: History & Local Flavors
Explore Naxos Town and its Venetian heritage with your private guide. Walk through the narrow lanes of the Kastro, discover historic churches and remnants of the island's medieval past, and continue through the Old Market toward the waterfront.
Visit the Portara, the monumental marble gateway of the unfinished Temple of Apollo that has stood above the harbor for more than 2,500 years.
Later, travel inland to a traditional citron distillery. Learn about the citrus fruit used to produce Naxos' distinctive liqueur, visit the production area, and finish with a tasting accompanied by local specialties.
Enjoy your second and final evening on Naxos.
DAY 10
Naxos to Paros
Transfer to Naxos Port and board the ferry for the short journey to neighboring Paros.
Meet your driver on arrival and continue to your hotel for a three-night stay. The rest of the day is unscheduled, giving you time for a swim, lunch by the sea, or a first visit to Naoussa.
Its whitewashed lanes, small fishing harbor, boutiques, cafés, and waterfront restaurants make Naoussa particularly enjoyable in the late afternoon and evening.
DAY 11
Village Hopping in Paros
Discover several sides of Paros with your private guide, beginning in Naoussa. Walk through its narrow streets and traditional harbor before continuing to Parikia, the island's capital.
Visit Panagia Ekatontapiliani, known as the Church of a Hundred Doors, and explore the Old Market and the remains of the Venetian castle.
Continue inland to Lefkes, a traditional village built into the hills beneath the island's mountains. Wander through its marble-paved lanes and stop in the village for Greek coffee and a traditional sweet before returning to your hotel.
DAY 12
Paros at Leisure
Spend your final full day in the Cyclades exactly as you wish.

DAY 13
Paros to Athens
Meet your driver at the hotel and transfer to Paros Airport for your flight back to Athens.

Departure
