BEST HOTELS IN TIRANA

For more than three decades, Hotel Rogner has been part of Tirana's city life. Its address on the capital's main boulevard places cultural sights, restaurants, and shops within easy reach. Inside the hotel grounds, a Mediterranean garden changes the pace completely. Palms and mature greenery surround the outdoor swimming pool, giving guests space to pause between outings. Rooms and suites follow a classic style. Apollonia Restaurant adds another local note through Albanian dishes such as fërgesë Tiranase, alongside influences from the hotel's Austrian roots. Rogner feels established and comfortable, with a garden that gives this central Tirana hotel a character of its own.

The farm shapes almost every part of a stay at Blerina Agritourism. In Laknas, about 30 minutes from central Tirana and 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, 11 individually designed rooms gather around a courtyard, with natural materials and fireplaces throughout. Gardens, greenhouses, olive trees, vines, cows, sheep, goats, and chickens provide much of what reaches the table. Toka serves seasonal five- or seven-course dinners built around produce grown on the farm. Guests can also take part in daily gardening and farm activities. Blerina gives travelers a personal introduction to rural Albania through its food, land, and everyday traditions.
