ITINERARY DETAILS

DAY 1

Cairo

Arrival in Egypt, the Land of the Pharaohs. At Cairo International Airport you will be welcomed by your representative and then escorted to your hotel.

DAY 2

Cairo - City Tour

Start your day with a guided tour of the Cairo Museum where you will find artifacts of the Pharaonic era. Drive to Old Cairo, where early Judaism and Christianity flourished in Egypt. Visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue and Saint Sergius Church. After lunch, drive to the Citadel of Saladin and visit the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Enjoy a walking tour of the largest 13th-century oriental market, Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

DAY 3

Cairo – Pyramids Tour

After breakfast, a scenic drive will take you to the Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza, which have stood for the last 5000 years. Complete your visit to Giza with a tour of the Solar Boat Museum. After lunch, continue to the ancient city of Memphis, the first capital of United Upper and Lower Egypt. Finally, visit Sakkara, the site of the Step Pyramid of Zoser.

DAY 4

Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Upon arrival, you will be met by your local representative and transferred to your hotel.

Sharm El Sheikh

Enjoy a day of sun and sea to plan as you like. (B)

DAY 6

Sharm El Sheikh – St. Catherine’s Monastery Tour

After breakfast, depart in an air-conditioned vehicle for St. Catherine's Monastery which is situated at the base of the mountain where Moses received the Ten Commandments. St. Catherine's Monastery is one of the most famous in the world. Built between 527 and 565 AD, it is believed to be built around Moses' Burning Bush. During your visit, you will see the Greek Orthodox Church, the icons of worship, and the famous Mosaic of Transfiguration. Enjoy your lunch then return to Sharm El Sheikh.

DAY 7, 8

Sharm El Sheikh

Free days to enjoy the Red Sea or the beaches of Sharm El Sheikh.

DAY 9

Sharm El Sheikh – Ras Mohamed Tour

Start your day early by taking a boat out to one of the world's best diving sites, Sinai's famous Ras Mohamed National Park, where an abundance of underwater life is waiting to be discovered. Spend the day snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing on the sun deck; the choice is up to you. Explore this magical underwater world and its large variety of fish and corals and enjoy lunch onboard.

DAY 10

Sharm El Sheikh, Cairo

Return flight to Cairo. In the evening, enjoy your final night in Egypt aboard a top-class Nile dinner cruise. You will glide past Cairo's illuminated skyline as you enjoy a gourmet meal with entertainment provided by a spectacular belly-dancing and folklore show.

Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight.
