Travel Planner, Greece (Mandarin Speaking)

Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas. Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Itineraries are completed by our in-house concierge team and all guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.

We are looking to expand our team in our Athens, Greece office and are seeking a Travel Planner, focused on travel to Greece and fluent in Mandarin.

Responsibilities include:

Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services
Create client profiles and prepare client quotations
Ensure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements
Convert enquiries and meet sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service
Offer travel solutions based on client requirements and tailor itineraries to meet specific requests
Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools
Assist senior sales personnel with client quotes and communication

Qualified applicants should have:

Knowledge of travel destinations in Greece
Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Greece
Understanding of DMCs
Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Company CRM and Booking Platform
Must be team-oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Entrepreneurial spirit
Candidates should be personable, enthusiastic, and extremely polished
3-6 years of experience in the travel industry
Impeccable attention to detail is required
Written and Spoken native or fluent Mandarin and English language skills
