Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas. Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Daily interaction (email and phone) with US Travel Agents and clients.

We are looking to expand our sales team for Austria and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Austria. Knowledge of Austria as a destination is a must. Experience with Hungary and / or Czechia is a plus in addition to our existing destinations.

Position: Travel Planner, Austria+

Must be available for 2-week training from the Athens, Greece office.

Responsibilities include:

Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with focus on Austria
Create client profiles and prepare client quotations
Ensure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements
Convert enquiries and meet sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service
Offer travel solutions based on client requirements and tailor itineraries to meet specific requests
Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools

Qualified applicants should have:

Knowledge of travel destinations in Austria. Knowledge of Hungary & Czechia is a plus
Experience planning and selling luxury travel in Austria
Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Company CRM and Booking Platform
Must be team-oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Entrepreneurial spirit
Candidates should be personable, enthusiastic, and extremely polished
Fluency in English -all communication, written and verbal is in English
Minimum 4 years of experience in the travel industry and/or in an international environment
Impeccable attention to detail is required
