Assistant Travel Planner

We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece and are seeking an experienced Assistant Travel Planner.

Responsibilities include:

Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services
Create client profiles and prepare client quotations
Ensure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirements
Deliver excellent customer service
Offer travel solutions based on client requirements and tailor itineraries to meet specific requests
Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports
Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools
Assist senior sales personnel with client quotes and communication

Knowledge of travel destinations
Experience planning and selling luxury travel
Computer skills – Microsoft Office, Company CRM and Booking Platform
Must be team-oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Entrepreneurial spirit
Candidates should be personable, enthusiastic, and extremely polished
Fluency in English -all communication, written and verbal is in English
2-5 years of experience in the travel industry and/or in an international environment
Impeccable attention to detail is required
