Job opening:

We are seeking a full-time dedicated in-house graphic designer to join our growing team in Voula, Athens. You will collaborate with our existing external design company to create effective and eye-catching promotional materials and campaigns that span from traditional graphic design forms (brochures, event materials, and flyers) to digital media (banners, newsletters). Your duties will also include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.
This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities:

Traditional Design: Create enticing designs for various traditional marketing materials, including print ads, brochures, banners, trade show (booth) space, and more.
Digital Marketing Collateral: Develop engaging and effective digital marketing materials with a focus on newsletters, ensuring a seamless integration of design and code.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to bring creative visions to life and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Coding Expertise: Leverage your coding skills to enhance the interactivity and functionality of digital designs, with a particular emphasis on newsletters.
Adaptability: Stay current with design trends, coding languages, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our design processes.

Job Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing traditional and digital design projects.
Coding Proficiency: Proficient in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, with a demonstrated ability to integrate coding into design projects. Experience with CMS Web Development is a plus.
Creative Skills: Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a must.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with both print and digital media.
