Assistant to the Director of Marketing and Product

As an Assistant to the Director of Marketing and Product at our company, you will:

Assist the Director of Marketing with tracking upcoming updates for the web and blogs and liaise with the content team.
Assist with Google Analytics tracking and reporting.
Assist with maintaining and developing databases and mailing lists.
Assist in tracking reports and results from digital marketing campaigns (newsletters) as well as keeping the sales team up to date with current incentives.
Organize and track marketing collateral in coordination with our Florida office and provide input during the creative process.

Qualifications for Marketing Assistant:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment.
Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
Excellent time management skills.
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in marketing or a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

Compensation is based on experience and includes salary and monthly bonuses
