Assistant to the President
Responsibilities include:
- Enhances effectiveness of president by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.
- Conserves president’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and travel.
- Assisting with creation of sales materials and proposals.
- Preparing concise and meaningful client communication as well as communicating with clients and partners on her behalf.
- Maintaining organized communication, quotations and reports.
- Staying current with travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools.
- Acting as the liaison between president and clients, agency partners, and internal departments.
- Upholding high service levels and effective communication cross departments.
Qualified applicants should have:
- Written and spoken, native or bilingual fluency in English is required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Travel sales or travel industry experience preferred
- Excellent command of MS office suite and social media
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Candidates should be extremely polished
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ year prior experience is preferred
Compensation is based on experience and includes salary and monthly bonuses for meeting sales targets.
