Assistant Graphic & Digital Designer

(On-site based in Voula, Greece)

Travelive is a collection of trusted destination management companies (DMCs) specializing in unique travel experiences tailored to individual clients. Our destination specialties include Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia, France, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Turkey, and Egypt.

With offices in the US and across our destinations, our in-country teams provide direct local expertise, supporting travel advisors with seamless planning and execution across single and multi-country itineraries.

We are expanding our Marketing team in our Athens office and are looking for an Assistant Graphic & Digital Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of the company. This role focuses on the ongoing upkeep, adaptation, and production of marketing materials, allowing our Art & Brand Director to focus on larger creative projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working across both digital and print formats.

Responsibilities include:

Support the Marketing and Creative teams with daily design needs
Create and adapt visual materials for digital and print, including presentations, brochures, social media assets, newsletters, banners, ads, and website elements
Update and maintain existing design materials in line with brand guidelines
Ensure consistency across all visual outputs
Prepare files for print and coordinate basic production requirements
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy
Work closely with the Art & Brand Director to implement feedback and revisions

Qualified applicants should have:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
1-2 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and print processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Ability to take direction and apply feedback efficiently
A portfolio that demonstrates clean, consistent, and well-executed design work

Nice to have:

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or WordPress

Someone who enjoys the execution side of design. This role is less about concept creation and more about consistency, accuracy, and delivering high-quality materials across a wide range of formats. The right candidate will take ownership of day-to-day design output and help keep our visual communication sharp and up to date.
