collected through the use of a collection agency, an attorney,
or through other legal proceedings, you agree to pay all

Cancellation Policy :
Reservation is fully refundable
less a $50 cancellation penalty if cancelled at least 7 days
prior to arrival. Changes to reservation or cancellations must
be made by contacting Travelive at least 7 days prior to
arrival. If cancellation occurs within 7 days, a charge of one
night's room rate, tax recovery charges and service fees will be
assessed. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early
checkouts.
