Ceremony: Notarized
copies of the following documents should be received 21 days prior to
arrival in the Bahamas. Originals should be brought upon arrival.

copies of both certificates (must come directly from the courts)

identification (valid drivers license, passport or State Id Card)

If divorced,
Certified copy/copies of the final divorce decree(s)

If widowed,
Certified copy/copies of the death certificate for deceased spouse

Sworn
affidavits stating that they have never been married before

A
blood test is NOT required
Certified
copies must have an original signature and/or raised seal.
All
documents must be in English.
If you choose
to have Bahamas Seal on your marriage certificate, there is an
additional charge of $10.00(US)
