Overview:
Location.
Located directly on the beach in South Beach's Art Deco District, the
Loews Miami Beach Hotel (Fla.) is three blocks from the Miami Beach
Convention Center and 12 miles from Miami International Airport. Culture
enthusiasts are less than a mile from Miami City Ballet, South Beach,
the Bass Museum of Art and the New World Symphony. Shopping can be found
just three blocks away at the Lincoln Road Mall, where outdoor cafes,
restaurants and nightly street performers entertain lively travelers.
Hotel Features. The
hotel is comprised of the historic St. Moritz Hotel with an adjacent,
18- story connecting tower. Guests approach the hotel through a corridor
of shady palm trees and meander across a tiled lobby filled with stately
columns and sweeping staircases. Fashionable surroundings await
travelers in the hotel bar, where the fete set sips icy martinis on
checkered bar stools. Always packed with sun- worshipping guests, the
sparkling pool area offers a cascading waterfall, two spa tubs, and
stunning views of the ocean. Guests enjoy uninterrupted sunbathing with
cocktails from the poolside bar. Active guests can take complimentary
yoga sessions and power walk on the beach. Guests enjoy live music and
Emeril's Jazz Brunch menu every Sunday afternoon.
Guestrooms. The Loews Miami Beach Hotel provides all the
desirable modern conveniences. Whether guests request workout equipment,
an in- room putting green or a lighted makeup mirror, the hotel ensures
a comfortable and indulgent stay. Simple and stylish, the 790 guestrooms
feature a mixture of rattan furnishings and Art Deco lighting. Amenities
include premium bedding, bathrobes and designer toiletries, minibars,
coffeemakers, CD players, video game consoles and high-speed Internet
access. Turndown service is available upon request.
Expert Tip. In-room sushi is available Wednesday through Sunday
evenings. Guests may try the Kamikaze Mix, a sampling of King Crab leg,
seared tuna and salmon roll sushi.

Renovation Notice
The Loews Miami Beach Hotel is building a new spa, due to open in early
2007 (subject to change). During construction, the fitness center has
been temporarily relocated to an ocean-front suite in the Tower
building.
The hotel still offers massage services, which can be booked in poolside
cabanas, in the privacy of guestrooms, or in a temporary massage room.
The Kid's Camp also is not available during this time, but the concierge
can assist in arranging babysitting.
The hotel assures that it will make every effort to minimize
construction noise and related disturbance.
