Town House 12 is built around an exotic garden
of palms. All the 18 rooms and the luxury suite
enjoy this aura of peace - some achievement in
this frenetic part of the city. A small living
room looks onto this sanctuary through a stained
glass window specially created for the purpose.
The rooms, from the singles to the penthouse,
are fine studies in dark, exotic Wengé woods and
soft greys. Intimacy lives at ease with hi-tech.
For breakfast there is a single, big rectangular
table served by a butler who doubles as the
Concierge. But the coup de grâce is the Glacial
Ice Bar kept at -4º C, where drinks come in
ice-formed glasses. That's what makes this hotel
extraordinary!

Town House 12 is situated in Piazza Gerusalemme at the heart of Milan.
It is within easy reach of the city's main attractions including the
Belle Epoque shopping arcade, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the
magnificent Duomo - Italy's largest gothic building and the third
largest church in Europe. One of the world's most lauded artworks,
Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper is painted in the refectory of Milan's
Santa Maria delle Grazie and nearby one of Italy's top galleries,
Pinacoteca di Brera is home to extensive collections by Carvaggio,
Raphael and Rembrandt. Townhouse 12 is 15 kilometres from the
international airport of Milano Linate, only 15 minutes by car.

Junior Suite

Cancellation Policy

Reservation is
fully refundable less a $50 cancellation penalty if cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. Changes to
reservation or cancellations must be made by contacting Travelive at
least 7 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within
7 days, a charge of
one night's room rate, tax recovery charges and service fees will be
assessed. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
