Travelive
is a boutique agency seeking a group
travel consultant specializing in
Destination Weddings.
Responsibilities include:
>
Consult with brides and grooms to recommend
appropriate destinations, resorts and
wedding packages
> Coordinate
with local hotel and wedding representatives to in order to develop
proposals and client presentations
>
Negotiate group
contracts with suppliers
>
Confirm and track guest bookings
> Provide
exceptional customer service
> Stay
current with travel industry and destination
wedding trends, wedding
packages and offering, our company,
industry training and tools
> Orders
brochures and perform various clerical support duties
>
Responsible for attaining revenue goals
Qualified applicants should have:
> 2 years
experience in group travel,
destination weddings a plus
>
Experience selling Mexico and the Caribbean to North American
clientele
> Knowledge
of four and five star properties
>
knowledge of MS office suite
>
Excellent telephone
communication and sales skills
>
Ability to Multitask
>
Be service oriented
Compensation:
>
Salary + bonus

Hours/week (10am-6pm)
